My
Primary interest is to be outside and explore via
mountain bike, on foot, or skis. Fresh air and exercise
stimulate my brain cells. But I also have to eat and
have a roof over my head. My hands on, get dirty and
make stuff profession is a lot more appealing than
a real job. (I probably couldn't hold one for too
long anyway)
Since we are such a mobile society,
I think trucks and clay just go together: a little
brick, mortar and wheels. Our appetites for "progress"
eat up our open spaces and fracture our habitats.
Our mobility has offered us new ground to cover, things
to see, and cultures to taste, but it has also made
us ravenous to tame and develop and control our environment.
That's a bit heavy. So ride your
bike instead, while you enjoy the view and soak up
the beauty of our landscapes.
You could drive one of my trucks
instead of your own!
